The frydek I purchased came very poorly packaged in what was clearly a poor condition box before shipment. But the plant itself was clearly in terrible condition. The one leaf looks diseased and due to the poor shipping the other two leaves were both snapped. I contacted the seller because the condition was unacceptable and they did not care. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY WILL SEND YOU A BAD QUALITY PLANT AND NOT WORK TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

The seller sent "alternative" plants--not the plants pictures or the plants I paid for/expected--without proactively confirming with me that "alternative" plants would be acceptable. The plants that did arrive were in poor condition and have since withered and died. The seller communication is poor and the seller is very so slow in responding, if they respond at all. This has been an unsatisfactory experience.
