When I started using it I noticed there is a dark line that was showing on and off blw the screen. I opened a return request and the seller send me message to ask if I want another one to be sent. I asked the seller what he means by that, as I already read another buyer feedback with d same problem. Didn’t get response so I returned. Didn’t get my refund after 24hrs, so I had t tell seller, I w get PayPal involved. Money was then refunded.

Looking at the seller's feedback for laptops, once more the seller had not sent what had been listed. It looks as though there are problems with about half of the sellers Laptop sales. Eventually the FOC return was processed and the full refund received which was to the seller's credit but the process wasted 14 days which was not good.
