My mechanic told me the cable was bent and that it looked new, but it had already been installed on another bike. I'm not sure it's used and looks new.

After creating a label they sat on the item for 7 days. I guess they couldn’t find the time to drop it off at the post office or forgot about it. After I contacted them, they blamed the carrier and said it was out of their control however the item did magically begin to move after that.
