The only issue I had was they didn't wrap it in plastic before putting in all the Styrofoam packing. I spent a good 30 minutes cleaning Styrofoam out of the fins. If you purchase one, be sure to ask them to wrap it in plastic. I notified the seller and they apologized and said they'd talk with their packing crew. Just a heads up.

Seller shipped the hard drive quickly and it arrived in great condition. The hard drive was very high quality and was it had no scratches or dirt on it. It appeared to be brand new or just very well taken care of. A++ seller and will be buying his products again!

The ram stick I got came in an anti-static sealed bag, bubble wrapping, a box and an outer plastic. That is amazing considering I paid less than other competitors. That being said, the item came in great condition, and it looked new. Highly recommend this seller!
