Communications was outstanding and they helped me get the right replacement controller. One bit of advice: include the battery type needed (2025 button battery) and also how it should be installed (positive side up and ensure that it is set FIRMLY in its cradle). Thanks much - works like a charm!!

Package arrived on time and as described but when trying to use I noticed half of the remote wasn’t working. At first I thought it was the batteries but when I switched them for a brand new pair the it still wasn’t working which lead me to believe it got damaged in shipping. Finally when I contacted the seller for help, he without hesitation sent me a new replacement at no cost. Amazing! And even better, the second one shipped faster than the first! Very happy custmer

So glad I purchased from them & contacted then when I was having an issue. So grateful. The price was also great for a brand new remote. Shipping only took a week for arrival.
