They have a Shipping Exception status with FedEx now for almost four calendar days. Though my previous experience with the Rocky brand and this Seller in particular has been very good to excellent, the Shipper has been an issue. I have called FedEx and reported my concern about this delivery. I must say, however, FedEx's failure to deliver is not a direct reflection of the Seller's service.

I ordered another pair in the right size. The fit beautifully, arrived quickly. This seller is awesome!! They respond very quick and are super helpful. I will definitely buy from them again!
