They kept me informed every step of the way, and their customer service leaves nothing to be desired. The item was priced fairly, was well packaged, and as described. Item was packaged in a paper envelope without enough padding to protect it during shipping. Knife arrived damaged & partialy sticking out of damaged envelope. This knife is NOT replaceable due to how rare it is. I asked why it was packed so poorly & seller said someone else did it & gave it to him to ship. I asked for a partial refund and the seller told me he wanted it back because it was underpriced. We mistyped the price for the listing and the item sold almost instantly. Instead of canceling the sale we honored the deal and shipped the item which was damaged by the USPS. He was rude and demanding a partial refund on an item we purchased at only a fraction of its actual value. SELLER beware of this guy, just a greedy Buyer!
