The plastic case arrived cracked on the back which didn’t affect the headphones but meant the casing wasn’t useable again, the headphones arrived in fine condition, overall the quality was maybe what you might expect for the price.

I specifically needed them loose, and it's frustrating as that's a lot of opening to do!
