The seller said they are the middle men and don't check the items but can guarantee that they're new. Then accused me of lying and misusing the ebay policy.. which if that was the case. I would have tryed to return all four.. The minor surface marks shown are from the cello tape used by the supplier for bundling and do not indicate prior use.While we always strive to resolve concerns fairly and respectfully, in this case, the buyer insisted on a refund despite receiving genuine, unused products. We stand by the authenticity and condition of our items and regret that the situation could not be resolved amicably.
