The photo you sent is simply a person standing in a pair of shoes not proof of anything. Perhaps if you were to send photos of both size tags from the inside of the shoe showing them to be different. I allow free returns for nearly any reason so long as the shoes are like new as the were sent to you. It is also best to communicate with a seller if you have an issue prior to leaving feedback. Will you be sending the shoes back unworn?
