I was told to wait 10 days for quality checks, but after 16 days with no updates, I found out the item wasn’t in stock. This wasted my time and effort chasing them. I had made it clear the item needed to arrive by August, giving them over 3 weeks to fulfil the order. Although a refund was issued, I received no final apology. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this was handled.
