The power cords were not included, so I contacted Customer Service and they are shipping me the cords. Discounts for purchasing multiple units, too. High quality product at a Refurbished Price! I can buy here again.

The issue is that when you click the description it says “does not come with power cord unless specified otherwise”. This is no problem, because it says on the top, “comes with power cord”. Then after 2 weeks of waiting for the package (not the sellers fault), the package doesn’t have a cord. Luckily for me, an Xbox cord fits the speaker. Still annoying when it literally said it would come with one.
