I ordered a 12 CUP PROGRAMABLE coffee maker from YOOKID. I received a 5 CUP NON PROGRAMABLE COFFEE maker instead. Not even close. They were paid instantly for the sale. I get nothing in return from seller. Wrong item and zero reply. I saw one of their feedbacks as the same thing was done to them and EBAY had to make it right! I went on eBay to look for a maker that was a decent price and this one had a special feature for the cleaning operation.. I sent a message to this vendor saying whatever he could do to get the coffee pot to us sooner. I said I would pay extra and he said he would put it in the mail the very next day and we got it today.! so I give this guy five stars and tell him thank you
