This happens to some 100% cotton garments. For clarity, I mentioned this in the description. I included photos of measurements that indicated the actual waist and inseam size. I also included a photo of the size tag that reads 32 x 32 for comparison. Even though the tag says 32 x 32, these pants actually measure to be 30 x 30. This is the size the buyer claims to want. I do not know why he is not happy with them.
