Only complain is the cables in the case were ziptied super tight, it partially damaged some of the cables, but not to the point of exposing copper. I'd prefer if zip ties were left off since this isn't a pre-build and is just a barebones chasis.

A hard drive tray was damaged in shipping and they sent a replacement hard drive tray right away. The packaging was done very well, it was just unlucky. Great professional communication.

I contacted the sell and they communicated with me to try to troubleshoot the issue. When the issue could not be resolved they said to return the item and they would give me a full refund. They payed for the shipping. Although I had an issue, I added this provider to my saved servers list. I'm confident that the issue came about during the shipping. I would definitely recommend this seller!!
