Packaging was minimal, EERO 6 box was sent in a plastic bag which arrived in with small rips and a dent to the box, EERO 6 items within box were not damaged and devices powered up. Exactly as described as new in factory wrapping. I shipped it Priority Mail instead of Ground, which saved over a month in transit time to Hawaii. The plastic bag is a poly mailer - water and tear resistant- which commonly used for items that don’t need extra protection, like this Eero device that already comes in a rigid box. Amazon have SIPP program "Ships in Product Packaging" that allows certain products to be shipped in their original box, envelope, or bag without an Amazon outer box.
