Products were real and exactly as described, as well as perfectly packaged. Shipping will take slightly longer if you are in US, but this is a very good store. I was worried when I saw that the CD was only packed in a bubble poly bag, but it arrived in perfect condition. The handwritten thank you note and origami was a nice touch. My order was shipped out promptly with tracking (took 13 business days Japan to Canada).
