The heavy Wii U console was loose in a box that was too big, with one thin layer of bubble wrap and some thin sheets of butcher paper that served no purpose. Console was listed as "Tested" but had not been tested with gamepad and had an error pop up. Seller was non chalant about it "sorry for the inconvenience." At least quickly honored the refund.
