The seller, an A++++++++++ seller refunded the purchase price, was extremely quick responding to my concerns. The seller did all they could to get the patch to me. However, Russia is simply not moving mail of any kind to the US at this time. Once the mail ban is off, I`ll continue to purchase from this seller. The seller has a great selection of Authentic Russian Soyuz space related items.
