I was expecting them to be in plastic sleeves but they were just in an envelope inside a box with no further packaging so it just seems a bit pointless and not very cost efficient or safe. The cels themselves are in good condition but smell like cigarettes which worries me, I hope the previous poor conditions they were stored (1/2)
