  The speakers were well packed and shipped quickly and arrived intact and undamaged. However, the speakers were sold as working properly and were not. But, when I contacted the seller she was polite and open to solving the problem. Upon realizing the speakers were not working, she offered and gave me a full refund upon the return of the speakers. Things happen beyond our control. This issue was handled very well by the seller and I would do business with them again. Great Ebayer! - Steve

  My dolls arrived quickly and they are simply lovely! They were packaged with care using cleverly recycled materials. The box was resourcefully adapted to the size of the shipment. Communication with the seller was well-mannered with warm, clear and courteous correspondence. The dolls themselves are even better than pictured, all in good order and repair.   Fairly priced and in decent condition, as described and photographed by the Seller. A little minor repair needed here and there, it's still appears as a wonderful, magical, fun Christmas house.
