It did not look like the packaging had been opened so I must assume that they had gotten exposed to some form of pollution maybe. I sent pictures and they said they were new and offered to have me return them and they would pay me back sinc3 shipping to China from here is expensive. I was refunded. Product was available cheaper in Utah.
