They arrived new, sturdy and are definitely waterproof which is well-appreciated for outdoor chores in the PNW. The fleece lining keeps the feet warm and the side loop is a great aid in pulling them on. Initially I was sent the wrong size and once contacted the seller immediately refunded my payment. I ordered again and received them quickly-size correct. Great seller.
