As it turns out each packet contains TWO vents - one with a grill that is always open and another that opens and shuts. What more could you want? Great stuff. Thanks.

I contacted GB DIY they offered a refund .I posted the lock back the same day tracked and re ordered the right size ,with the return p/p the lock is still worth the money eg. British kite mark lock and 5 keys for a touch over £20.. just waiting for the refund. Thank you.

I ordered the wrong hinges I needed right side hinges but ordered left side. An email to the seller and he replied no problem I'll exchange them for the right side. I decided to return the hinges by hand. I arrived and the correct hinges were waiting for me, the seller was very helpful and knew his UPVC parts well.
