However, they only told me to contact eBay for a resolution, claiming they have no experience handling this situation. Do I have the experience then? Almost two months have passed with no progress. Up to now, none of my emails have received a proper response, and the seller is not replying to emails either. The shopping experience on eBay has been terrible.Antwort von stevbmi- Verkäufer stevbmi hat auf Bewertung reagiert.- Verkäufer stevbmi hat auf Bewertung reagiert.We communicated to nearly each email, and told the customer to request the return through eBay, as it was shipped through the International Shipping Program, and we needed the return to go through the proper channels as it was unfamiliar territory for us. eBay then took care of the return and refund, while the customer still attempted to send multiple messages asking us to also sent a return label and refund, when eBay had already resolved the issue.

I was concerned about rust on the driver but it wasn't that bad and was everything was still in the original plastic bags.
