Light was brand new and in perfect condition. We put extra polystyrene packing in the box which buyer complained was in small pieces and "went all over the living room floor"? Such an ordeal they demanded we collect the light which we arranged without question. No further direct communication was received and customer contacted Ebay customer services to request a refund before we'd even received the goods back which was processed, as was our intention upon receipt of goods. :(
