I was away and it came in the mail and when I went to open it a watery substance came out but I just took a spoon handle and mixed it up and tried it in my clean face. Feels wonderful. They were ever so nice to send me a sample of the hand and body lotion. Thank you so much. Hand and body sample smells really nice and feels nice. I will,let you know the results in a couple of weeks
