The item was of better quality than I expected as the pictures on the listing seemed worse than they actually were. There was a delay in shipping and when I inquired, the response was immediate ( tracking number was published but then they shut down over a holiday). Shipping was upgraded from USPS to UPS to get the item to me by the original promised date. Really appreciate the commitment to customer satisfaction and won’t hesitate to do business again. Definitely recommend
