They have a smooth reflective surface on the outside. Not a cheap glitter glued to the mask. Just a consistent placement of round, flat, sparkle. Flattering.

I ordered these masks and specifically order the black glitter and two of the particular iridescent designs (not a mix pack). Unfortunately when they arrived only 3 of the 6 designs I ordered were correct, the remaining 3 had been substituted for colours I didn't want. I wasn't contacted in advance that they had sold out of particular colours, and I wasn't offered a refund before substitute colours were sent. Would've preferred a refund.
