They were in the United States in 4 days and then sat in Memphis for 2 but arrived on the next day. A week to get here from India and breeze through customs with no extra charges was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I received tracking messages every step of the way. It was a great experience.

Every couple of years, I purchase 5-10 cotton Kaftans for wearing to bed and around the house. This seller has always given me a wonderful 'deal' and allowed me to choose my designs. They are well made, packed beautifully and arrive within a. week from India to Australia. Terrific communication and negotiations. Lovely designs. The cotton becomes softer with each wash and I look forward to my next purchases. Thanks again Handicraft Palace.
