It is even better than the listing pictures, really just like new! Great deal! Great communication by the seller. I would gladly do business with this excellent seller again. Upon opening the package (it was shipped in a plastic sleeve - not a proper container) the CD case is wrapped in Saran Wrap (not shrinkwrap), and the case and inlay are in poor condition. It's obvious that it has been subjected to moisture (see picture). This seller obviously buys people's silence by offering a refund to those who are unhappy. I don't play that game. I provide detailed listing condition, and tracking for all orders. I only ship with several layers of cardboard for protection. The moisture "ripple" was in the description, with accompanying photos. I had not provided my policies for returns at the time of this review so, assuming that I am trying to "buy silence" from an unhappy people is untrue. My policy is, to graciously accept returns, as long as, the item is in the same condition as sent.
