They did send a return shipping label, so I thought I would give them a second chance and ordered another set, but they canceled the order on the second set with a lie that "there was a problem with the shipping address". This is a lie and if they reported this, it will be easy for eBay to see that I ordered the replacement set (that was cancelled) more than a week before I returned the original defective set, So how can they claim...
