The top were you secure the cosy toes to the seat stops the seat from reclining flat. You need to undo it before reclining it. Also as the width of the cosy toes is slightly bigger when putting it back into a straight position you have to move the fabric abit as it gets jammed. Other than that its good value, soft and cosy. Would be good if it had an extra button on the outside to fasten over seat the handle bars.
