He shipped item in a timely manner (the evening of purchase / next morning) . Upon arrival I will note that the Packaging of the item was great. Seller took care to protect the item/ secure the box. The item was not fully as described/ damaged. When contacted the seller corrected the issue fairly and gave a partial refunded for the issues with the item. The condition was just as it was described. Shipping cost seemed a little hight but I am still very pleased with the purchase for the money.
