In the initial Windows setup process it was asking for an IBM account which i didn't have obviously. They asked me to enter an account name like no@account.ca with a fake password that supposed to let me continue the setup process but this didn't work. Then they asked me to return the laptop and they send me another one. At first, I assumed the system was just slow to update, but after a week it was still inactive. I contacted the seller to ask what was happening, but received no reply - instead, I was issued a refund without any explanation. Were they hoping I’d forget I ordered a laptop so they could keep the money? Poor communication and unreliable service. I noticed similar negative feedback from others and should have trusted my instincts.
