For my inconvenience I was promised by Megan McCollough _ VP that the blanket that I did not receive would be shipped that day or the day after by her personally. It never arrived. When I inquired about it's status I was advised it was already shipped. Shipping date was the day the incorrect blanket was sent. I emailed again . No response. After several emails, still no response. Liars.
