I have spent time on the phone with them getting a tutorial on the assembly and also on how to work with the guitar side bending machine. He sent a brand new set out to me immediately, and I plan on doing business with him again in the future. The forms I got look very well made, and I am grateful to be able to get these because they fit on a machine that has been discontinued.
