I have tried contacting eBay many times and can't get through to anyone, except some silly automated system. I will contact my bank and let my bank know everything and let them seal with this. I will get my money back seller - watch.

USPS took the package from Arizona to Orlando (which is out of the way), then to PUERTO RICO!!!, then back to Jacksonville, Florida. 17 days! Seller was pro-active by the 13th or 14th day and issued me a refund. Thank You Very Much!!! Twist is that replacing this device (Blend Door Actuator) didn't resolve the issue I was having. But I wouldn't have been able to figure that out, without having this NEW, Reliable, Fault Free device. So Thanks!!!
