I purchased a pair of sailing shoes and when I received them, the souls were separating creating holes in the same place in both shoes. I contacted the seller about this and they refused to do anything and claimed I created the holes. This person is a scammer. Nearly a month passed before you contacted us, and you did so in a confrontational and threatening tone while also leaving a negative review. Our reviews reflect the honesty and integrity we bring to every transaction. Unfortunately, it seems you are attempting to take advantage of that goodwill. Please be advised that we will be reporting this matter.
