Being part of a larger order, the vendor and I were able to come to an agreement on a partial refund for the damaged cards. Packaging and shipment time was excellent, but the seller was aggressive and accusatory in the refund process. While I can't push you to other Chinese Pokémon card sellers, I would be wary of cards sold by this seller; double-check for quality upon arrival. This seller was abrasive and seeking revenge in their messages and is attempting to use their sale history to mask their issues
