I never received a tracking number so I contacted them a few days ago and asked for one and they never replied. So I messaged them again and they ignored it. Then finally two days ago they said it would ship soon. So it had in fact NOT shipped back when they said it had. I told them to cancel the order (twice!) and they ignored my messages.
