He emailed, very kindly, and said one of the inserts was a factory defect. No pictures. Nothing. I offered to send him a full set. All in writing. He said it was cool. Don't worry about it. We then chatted for the day about BMWs etc...Don't do business with gaslighters. Time-sert stocks our business. All factory.
