I asked where the shirts were and was told that long sleeved shirts had been sent by mistake and were being recalled from the courier. Twice, I was told that I would get a tracking number for the sirts, but nothing. I went to the click and collect shop to pick up something else and the shorts were there. Dispatched and delivered quickly. Arrived safely as well packaged etc.Happy to recommend/buy from again. Unfortunately this was alittle too tight across my broad chest so I've had to return this but I've already ordered the next size up which I am sure will arrive any day now. I sent this company information about this also stating I was going to send the Jacket to a Charity shop as it was no good to me and leave negative feedback.The Manager waqim waqin doesn't really matter who he is , promised to send me out the correct item and apologised blaming new staff ( seems to be a running excuse read other feedback here) and it would be rectified .Im more than happy to post the conversation on here !
