Would recommend, after looking at benchmarks of the z2e vs z1e it was a no brainer to find a Ebay certified refurbished device. The device showed little if any signs of use, and for the price I feel like it was a good deal.

Arrived in two boxes, one outer box and the inside box was the Dell refurbished box containing the laptop and charger. Laptop was secure and segmented from the charger. The charger itself had a little bit of room to move in it's own compartment but the laptop was secured well. All hardware tested and functioned well. No complaints.
