Once or twice I noticed the screen flickering but, after I updated Widows, it stopped. I thought for the price I paid I'm getting a 4th generation of X1 yoga but I got a 3rd gen. I wish the seller mentioned that on the item description. Too early to say. I like the two-year warranty that came with the unit, especially with the flickering screen I experienced at the beginning. At this time, I'm gonna hold on to the full rating. Stay tuned.

I contacted the seller to ask what was happening, but received no reply - instead, I was issued a refund without any explanation. Were they hoping I’d forget I ordered a laptop so they could keep the money? Poor communication and unreliable service. I noticed similar negative feedback from others and should have trusted my instincts.
