They didn’t ship it out until 3 weeks later July 17 and I’m just now receiving it July 30 with the package coming destroyed. I looked back on order and conveniently they changed the estimated delivery date to reflect today’s date, July 30. To me this is unacceptable as it cost me a month of non usage of my boat.

That message then said that due to a "handling time prior to shipment", my order would take a further 2 to 3 months to arrive. On 29 July, I received a message claiming allegedly that my parcel was lost at the sorting center. I asked for the name of the shipping company and the tracking number. I have yet to be told this. My eBay inbox has all of the details.
