Jewel case was sealed as described, is in excellent condition. Inner booklet had no creases or dents. The CD itself has a little scratch at the inner circle, but that is factory-made and the sound is amazing, with no playback issues. The price was higher than in other listings, but the seller looked reliable, and they were.
