Seller's reason was "Yes this dugout is handcrafted and some colors maybe added to make this dugout looks unique". I took it as a nice way of saying I don't deliver what I advertise. Seller kept $5 for shipping because I returned what I did Not order in the first place. Buyer Beware, buyer beware, buyer beware. Look at the photos, you decide who is right and who is a dishonest seller.

Seller wants me to incur cost to send back, find box to send them back in and go to wherever to return. While emailing seller about this, he disregards my emails (more wasted time) and wants me to take pictures. Wait for his late replies, and send back for refund. Terrible seller not to be trusted.

These are wider than they look in the photos and are more like 4-5 hitters. Unfortunately only the length was listed, not the width, so it was hard to tell until I got it. I get it, you can't spend too much time making a listing. I am the same. So I messaged them the question. Never got a response.
