The back piece of the lumbar support attachment had bent so it was extremely difficult to attach to the chair. Now that it’s on, it’s never coming off. The part is meant to be curved as that is how it is designed to mimic the back of the chair. We always want our customers to be happy and if it was broken in shipping we would be happy to replace it. This part is difficult to put on the chair normally as it has tension on it when installed so it is not the bend in the piece as it would snap if damaged.

It was missing a headrest, which was supposed to be included. A brief email exchange caused them to send the headrest attachment. These folks were very easy to deal with and a credit to eBay. I would definitely do business with them again.

What was absolutely amazing is that I ordered the item on Thursday and it was delivered on Monday! Herman Miller estimated delivery was 6 weeks later!! The chair came in excellent condition.
