I would not describe the physical condition as "open box" as there were many scuffs and scratches on all three units. One unit had a sticky, gummy substance that was difficult to remove, and another unit was inoperative. I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond and replace the defective unit. The replacement unit arrived with the factory protective plastic still intact and I was able to activate it without any issues. Very happy with purchase!
